### Job Description

**Overview**

We are seeking an experienced **Accessibility Testing Expert** to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in digital accessibility standards, testing methodologies, and assistive technologies to ensure that all digital content and applications are inclusive and compliant with legal and industry requirements. This role is responsible for performing comprehensive accessibility evaluations, guiding remediation efforts, improving accessibility maturity across the organization, and supporting inclusive design practices from ideation through deployment.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Conduct comprehensive accessibility testing of websites, applications, and digital content in alignment with **WCAG 2.0/2.1/2.2** standards.

* Use a variety of automated tools, screen readers, and manual testing techniques to identify, document, and prioritize accessibility barriers.

* Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product teams to guide remediation efforts and ensure accessibility best practices are implemented.

* Develop, maintain, and execute detailed **accessibility test plans**, **test cases**, and **audit reports**.

* Validate remediation of accessibility issues in iterative development cycles and perform regression testing when necessary.

* Stay informed about evolving accessibility regulations, standards, industry trends, and emerging assistive technologies.

* Participate proactively in **design reviews**, **wireframe evaluations**, and **development walkthroughs** to embed accessibility early in the product lifecycle.

* Support organizational accessibility initiatives, including training, awareness programs, best practice documentation, and process improvement efforts.

### Requirements

### **Required Skills**

* Strong mastery of **digital accessibility standards**, including WCAG 2.0/2.1/2.2, Section 508, and ADA compliance requirements.

* Extensive experience using accessibility testing tools such as **Axe**, **JAWS**, **NVDA**, **VoiceOver**, and **Accessibility Checker**.

* Solid understanding of front-end technologies (**HTML**, **CSS**, **ARIA roles**, **JavaScript**) as they relate to accessibility.

* Expertise in both automated accessibility scans and **manual testing techniques**, including screen reader workflows and keyboard-only navigation assessments.

* Excellent documentation, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to provide clear remediation guidance.

### **Qualifications**

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field **preferred**.

* Minimum **5 years of professional experience** conducting accessibility testing and audits in web and mobile environments.
