UI/UX Accessibility Developer with WCAG 2.1 AA Experience

As a UI/UX Accessibility Developer, you will be responsible for ensuring our digital products are accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. You will collaborate with design and development teams to implement accessibility best practices and conduct audits to identify and resolve accessibility issues.

Responsibilities:

* Design and develop user interfaces that adhere to WCAG 2.1 AA standards.
* Conduct accessibility testing and provide recommendations for improvement.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate accessibility into the product development lifecycle.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest accessibility guidelines and technologies.
* Educate and advocate for accessibility within the organization.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field.
* Proven experience in UI/UX design and development.
* In-depth knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines and best practices.
* Experience with accessibility testing tools (e.g., WAVE, axe).
* Familiarity with ARIA attributes and semantic HTML.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
