Microsoft Certified Accessibility Consultant

Greene Resources is seeking a Microsoft Certified Accessibility Consultant to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:
Evaluate employees’ current workflows and technology usage to identify improvement opportunities.
Develop and implement personalized transition plans for recommended tools and solutions.
Provide hands-on training, configuration, and one-on-one coaching to ensure successful adoption.
Partner with internal IT staff to document processes and strengthen in-house expertise.
Recommend best practices to support sustainable digital workplace accommodations.
Troubleshoot and adjust tool configurations to enhance accessibility, efficiency, and productivity.

Position Requirements:
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT and HR.
Background in workflow design and automation is preferred.
Microsoft certification and/or strong experience with Microsoft accessibility tools is strongly preferred.
In-depth knowledge of both legacy and modern accessibility tools.
Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills.
