Account Executive, Onward Accessibility

Overview:

Onward Accessibility is seeking a senior, agency-trained Account Executive to drive new business growth across enterprise clients. This role is designed for an experienced sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced staffing environment, can independently generate top-of-funnel activity, and is comfortable selling both staffing and SOW-based, deliverable work.

Key Responsibilities:

* Independently generate new business through proactive prospecting and outreach
* Build and manage a healthy pipeline of enterprise clients
* Sell staffing solutions and scoped, deliverable-based (SOW) engagements
* Conduct discovery conversations to uncover business needs beyond open requisitions
* Position Onward Accessibility as a strategic partner
* Collaborate with internal recruiting and delivery teams to ensure successful execution of deliverables
* Maintain accurate activity and pipeline reporting

Required Qualifications:

* 5–7+ years of proven success in staffing sales within an agency environment
* Demonstrated ability to build pipeline and generate top-of-funnel activity independently
* Experience selling SOWs or deliverable-based project work
* Background in IT, digital, marketing, or creative staffing preferred
* Strong consultative selling skills and business acumen
* Excellent communication skills with a personable, authentic style
* Comfortable operating with minimal hand-holding in a fast-paced environment

Trainable & Post-Hire Expectations

* Accessibility domain expertise will be provided post-hire
* Expectation to pursue CPACC certification within approximately 6 months
* Ongoing training and enablement will be supported

Salary:

* $100,000-$120,000 (based on experience).
* This position is commission & bonus eligible.
* Comprehensive benefits and PTO package to include 401K also included.
