Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Web Development, Human‑Computer Interaction, or related field preferred).
* 3+ years of hands‑on accessibility testing experience, including assistive technologies.
* 2+ years of experience working on digital product teams.
* Proficiency with assistive technologies such as JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, ZoomText, and tools like Deque, WAVE, and Axe.
* Strong knowledge of HTML, ARIA, semantic markup, responsive design, and user‑centered design principles.
* Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non‑technical stakeholders.
