Schedule and coordinate kickoffs, checkpoints, and delivery calls
Deliver finalized reports, compliance plans, and supporting documentation
Coordinate retesting requests, track remediation readiness, manage recheck timelines
Set clear expectations and prevent scope creep through strong written communication
Internal Project Coordination
Coordinate with auditing and engineering teams to confirm scope clarity and sequencing
Manage timelines across multiple concurrent engagements and flag conflicts early
Track dependencies (client readiness, access delays, third-party constraints)
Ensure clean handoffs from audit → remediation → validation with no breakdowns
RFP and Proposal Support
Monitor and identify relevant RFP/RFQ opportunities
Prepare and submit proposals with operational sections completed independently
Coordinate SME input for technical responses as needed
Manage deadlines, compliance, and submission requirements
Maintain reusable proposal content and track outcomes
Platform and Access Management
Onboard/offboard clients inside Zenyth platforms
Manage permissions, visibility, and environment setup
Provide first-line support for non-technical access issues
Project Setup and Automated Scanning
Create and manage project setup from initiation through closure
Configure automated scans based on scope, environments, and credentials
Execute and monitor scans so results are available for auditor review
Maintain consistent naming conventions, structure, and documentation
Compliance Program Management
Build and manage compliance plan scopes, timelines, and deliverables
Coordinate internal review of findings and recommendations
Deliver compliance plan outputs to clients
Track ongoing compliance activities, updates, and scheduled reviews
Ensure plans align to agreed scope, current standards, and client obligations

This is not reactive admin support. This role owns process and outcomes
Requirements
3+ years in operations, delivery management, project coordination, or client implementation
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
Strong written communication and client-facing professionalism
High attention to detail, ownership, and follow-through
