Headquartered at Hula in Burlington, VT. Hybrid Vermont-based is preferred but remote in US or Canada is also an option.

**Job Overview**

At Accessible Web, we empower organizations to make the digital world accessible for everyone. As an**Entry-Level Sales Development Associate (SDA)**, you will be the vital first connection for warm prospects, guiding them toward a solution that makes the internet better for millions. This is an ideal role for someone looking to launch a successful career in technology sales.

Your primary focus will be engaging with high-quality, pre-qualified leads who have already shown interest in our RAMP platform and services (e.g., trial users, webinar registrants). You will conduct discovery calls to understand their accessibility challenges and effectively qualify them to book meetings and demonstrations for our Account Executives.

**Principle Responsibilities**

* **Warm Lead Engagement:**Conduct outreach via phone and email to pre-qualified leads (trial users, webinar attendees, content downloaders) to qualify their needs and interest.
* **Pipeline Generation:**Successfully schedule qualified meetings, product demonstrations, and consultations for Account Executives, consistently working to meet monthly targets.
* **Discovery & Qualification:**Lead friendly, insightful discussions to understand a prospect’s current digital accessibility status, challenges, and goals, determining if Accessible Web is the right solution.
* **CRM Management:**Utilize our CRM to accurately log all prospect activities, notes, and statuses, ensuring a seamless handover to the sales team.
* **Sales Strategy Support:**Occasionally assist with targeted outbound campaigns to high-priority accounts, providing diverse training experience.
* **Learning & Training:**Actively participate in training sessions on sales techniques, digital accessibility standards (WCAG), and product knowledge.

**Qualifications**

* **Sales Experience:****No prior sales experience is required.**This is an entry-level position with full training provided.
* **Communication Skills:**Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Must be confident, professional, and able to articulate value clearly and concisely.
* **Motivation & Drive:**A strong desire to launch and build a career in technology sales with a positive, coachable attitude.
* **Organizational Skills:**Strong ability to manage time, prioritize a high volume of leads, and maintain detailed records.
* **Mission Alignment:**A genuine interest in technology and the mission of digital accessibility and inclusivity.

* **$45,000 – $55,000 base salary**+ uncapped commission structure.
