**About the Role:**

We are looking for a skilled **Accessibility Tester** who will ensure that our web and mobile applications meet international accessibility standards and provide an inclusive experience for all users. This role requires hands-on experience with accessibility tools, assistive technologies, and a thorough understanding of WCAG guidelines.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Perform accessibility testing of web and mobile applications as per **WCAG 2.1 / 2.2**, **Section 508**, and **ADA** standards.
* Use accessibility tools such as **AXE, WAVE, JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, TalkBack**, and **Accessibility Insights** to identify and analyze issues.
* Prepare accessibility test cases, document defects, and collaborate with developers and UX teams for remediation.
* Conduct detailed accessibility audits and prepare compliance reports.
* Advocate for accessibility best practices across teams and contribute to continuous process improvement.

**Requirements:**

* 2–6 years of experience in software testing, including at least **1 year in Accessibility Testing**.
* Strong understanding of **WCAG 2.1 / 2.2**, **ARIA roles**, and **semantic HTML/CSS**.
* Hands-on experience with **assistive technologies** (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, TalkBack).
* Familiarity with **automated accessibility tools** such as **Deque AXE**, **Pa11y**, and **Accessibility Insights**.
* Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* **IAAP Certification (CPACC / CPWA / WAS)** – _Preferred and highly valued._
* Prior experience in accessibility testing within the **Banking and Financial Services (BFSI)** domain.
* Experience in **automated accessibility testing frameworks** and browser developer tools.

**Qualifications:**

Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science**, **Information Technology**, or a related field.
