The Front-End Developer will create intuitive, responsive, and visually compelling web interfaces for cloud-hosted platforms that manage complex datasets. This role involves transforming healthcare and program data into accessible dashboards and reporting tools, enabling key operational and strategic decisions. You will collaborate with backend developers, cloud engineers, and data analysts to integrate APIs, optimize performance, and ensure high usability. The position emphasizes best practices in front-end architecture, accessibility, and user experience, while providing exposure to large-scale cloud environments and modern development frameworks. Accountabilities
* Design and develop responsive, user-friendly web interfaces and dashboards.
* Collaborate with technical and functional teams to translate data and reporting requirements into accessible front-end solutions.
* Integrate APIs and backend services to display real-time and historical data accurately.
* Optimize front-end performance, ensuring speed, scalability, and accessibility compliance (WCAG/Section 508).
* Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous UI/UX improvements.
* Contribute to component libraries and development standards to maintain consistency across projects.
**Requirements:**
* 3+ years of experience in front-end development using frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
* Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3/SASS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
* Experience integrating front ends with RESTful APIs and managing dynamic data visualizations.
* Familiarity with charting libraries (e.g., D3.js, Chart.js, Recharts) and front-end state management.
* Understanding of accessibility standards and cross-browser compatibility best practices.
* Experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments.
