Required Qualification
----------------------
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Technology, or a related field, with a minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in digital communications, web content management, accessibility, UX, or a related area.
* Working knowledge of WCAG 2.1 guidelines and web accessibility standards, including experience conducting accessibility audits and supporting remediation efforts.
* Experience managing web content within a WordPress environment, with familiarity in semantic HTML and accessibility-focused content development best practices.
* Strong project coordination and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
* Ability to analyze website data and apply insights to improve usability and overall user experience.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Office 365, including accessible document creation best practices.
_Note: A combination of education, training, and experience may be considered when competency in the role is demonstrated._
Preferred Qualifications

* IAAP certification (CPACC, WAS, ADS) or active progress toward certification.
* Familiarity with ticket tracking systems such as Jira.
* Training in WordPress best practices.
* Basic graphic design skills and experience optimizing images for web use.
* Knowledge of emerging trends in digital accessibility and user experience.
