**Description**

Forge robust partnerships with IS&T and Business stakeholders, building trust and ensuring strategic alignment across all initiatives.

Facilitating clear, consistent, and compelling communication between project teams and the CoE.

Proactively identify, mitigate, and resolve complex risks and issues, expertly removing blockers to keep projects on track and within scope.

Develop comprehensive project plans, meticulously detailing schedules, resource allocations, and critical path activities.

Create and present insightful, data-driven project reports to stakeholders and executive leadership, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.

Maintain an in-depth understanding of your entire project portfolio, recognizing status, risks, dependencies, and deliverables to guide strategic direction.

Empower, and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge accessibility projects on time, ensuring our applications are truly inclusive.

Champion a culture of continuous improvement within the CoE, constantly seeking ways to enhance processes and elevate our impact.

**Preferred Qualifications**

A strong understanding of accessibility principles, standards (e.g., WCAG), and assistive technologies

Experience with accessibility testing, audits, or integrating accessibility into SDLC

Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile ScrumMaster)

**Minimum Qualifications**

Demonstrated success in managing complex technical projects from conception to delivery

Exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation prowess, with a proven ability to influence outcomes and foster collaborative environments

Proven ability to thrive autonomously, expertly juggling multiple high-priority initiatives with precision and effectiveness

Superior communication skills - verbal, written, and presentation - capable of articulating complex concepts to diverse technical and non-technical audiences

Proficiency with modern project management tools (e.g., Miro, Wrike, Box, Quip, etc.) to drive efficiency and collaboration
