About The Role
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team and lead the development of user-friendly digital experiences across the LSAC ecosystem. In this role, you will be responsible for creating compelling design concepts, mockups, and prototypes that enhance the usability, accessibility, and visual appeal of our digital products. You will work closely with product teams, stakeholders, and user researchers to ensure that our websites and applications are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with brand standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, and front-end development support, contributing to the continuous improvement of our digital interfaces. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence the design and functionality of tools used by aspiring law students, legal professionals, and educational partners worldwide.

Qualifications
* Associates degree or higher, preferred
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in UI/UX design for digital products or services
* Strong portfolio demonstrating professional UI/UX work for web and mobile platforms
* Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite and prototyping tools such as Figma
* Deep understanding of WCAG standards, ARIA implementation, and inclusive design principles
* Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and basic JavaScript
* Experience in creating interactive prototypes and working with design systems and component libraries
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities
* Employ a user-centric approach to develop design concepts that are intuitive and accessible for diverse users
* Maintain consistency in design principles and adhere to brand guidelines across all digital assets
* Create high-quality UX design solutions including wireframes, mockups, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and interactive prototypes
* Collaborate with marketing, product owners, and stakeholders during the ideation process to align design with product vision and marketing objectives
* Implement responsive design principles to optimize user experience across various devices and screen sizes
* Design and develop UI elements such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets
* Integrate accessibility standards and best practices into all UI designs to ensure inclusivity for users with disabilities
* Work closely with UI developers and front-end teams during implementation, testing, and iteration phases
* Contribute to and refine design systems to promote visual consistency and accessibility across products
* Analyze user feedback and website analytics to identify high-traffic pages and areas for improvement
* Partner with user researchers to conduct usability testing and incorporate insights into design iterations
* Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital design and accessibility
