Senior UI Designer

We are looking for a Senior UI Designer with 5+ years of experience in designing visually compelling, user-friendly, and responsive digital interfaces. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in design systems, prototyping, and collaboration with UX and development teams, with hands-on experience in delivering production-grade UI for web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and maintain intuitive, consistent, and pixel-perfect user interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
2. Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes to support product vision.
3. Develop and manage design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency.
4. Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers for end-to-end feature delivery.
5. Ensure UI designs adhere to accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA) and responsive design principles.
6. Implement interaction design and micro-interactions to enhance user experience.
7. Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
8. Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in UI design.

Nice to Have (Optional Skills):
1. Experience with motion design and advanced prototyping tools (Framer, Principle, After Effects).
2. Familiarity with front-end development frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
3. Exposure to designOps and collaborative design workflows in large teams.
4. Experience in mentoring or leading junior designers.
