If so, we would love to hear from you! As part of our team, bring your solid foundation in design thinking, collaborate with other UX team researchers and designers, and partner with business and technology teams to ensure projects meet business goals and timing while delighting Legal users.

Responsibilities
Create wireframes, UI designs, and interactive prototypes.
Share your designs to solicit constructive feedback.
Provide constructive feedback and innovative ideas within your team.
Collaborate with UX Researchers for journey maps, personas, and concept and usability testing.
Partner with business and technology/development teams to launch solutions that balance business, user, and technical priorities.
Present your designs with expertise and rationale while advocating for the end user experience.
Distinguish feature requests and design revisions from user goals and objectives.
Identify opportunities for design and process improvements and drive their implementation.
Work with developers to best meet the intended design.
Work on multiple projects with varying levels of UX engagement, time to complete, and expectations.
Leverage and contribute to our design system.
Evangelize UX and design thinking benefits and process to business, technology, and other key stakeholders.
Mentor and guide more junior designers and collaborate with our overall design team to advance each other's learning and skills.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a UX/HCI, graphic design, or related field.
7 or more years in the UX Design field.
Skilled with standard UX software such as Figma, Sketch, and InVision.
A11y knowledge or experience.
Experience managing design initiatives/programs from discovery to delivery.
Understanding of software and product development processes and how UX aligns.
Experience collaborating with researchers, product owners, technology/development team, and leadership.
Good communication, listening, and resolution skills with peers, leadership, and other key stakeholders.
Able to meet milestones/timelines on time and on budget.
General understanding of the capabilities of modern web application technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, Bootstrap, LESS/Sass, React.

To be considered for this position, you must have a portfolio available for review (1-2 examples of design projects involving complex apps is a plus).

Qualifications (+)
Master's or other advanced degree in UX/HCI, design, or related field.
Experience with web application technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, Bootstrap, LESS/Sass, React.
Experience with data visualization.
Experience supporting or conducting UX Research.
