*Role Description *
As an Accessibility lead supporting CRM Analytics Cloud, you'll be looked to as an expert, mentor, and evangelist for creating accessible products. You will work closely with accessibility leads, UX disciplines, developers and product management to enhance existing accessibility features and help create new ways to make these clouds accessible. You are passionate about accessibility and are excited about the opportunity to transform the way products are built. * Partner with CRM Analytics Cloud product management, designers and developers in delivering accessible products and features by providing expertise and establishing best practices throughout the release cycle.
* Collaborate with designers to review designs to ensure that accessibility is baked into the product well before development starts
* Assist developers in solving accessibility problems. Deliver specifications to solutions so they can meet web accessibility standards in their deliverables.
* Work with product teams to test UI through manual review and automation. Diagnose issues and recommend solutions.
* Partner with the product team to track accessibility work and priorities. Regularly meet with stakeholders to promote the benefits of accessibility, and hold teams accountable. Review and prioritize existing accessibility backlog.
* Partner with the Product Accessibility and Inclusive Design team to drive accessibility best practices within CRM Analytics Cloud.
* Conduct outreach and training with product managers, designers, developers and doc writers to drive best practices. Facilitate and encourage collaboration and transparency across disciplines, geographies, and company departments.
* Function as an authority on accessibility, staying ahead of trends in disability advocacy, universal and inclusive design, and web standards.

*Experience / Skills Required*

* Expert in industry accessibility standards including WCAG 2.0/2.1 and ARIA.
* Working knowledge of assistive technology, including JAWS and NVDA and their hands-on usage with web browsers.
* Experience in reviewing visual and interaction designs, content and documentation, for accessibility issues; diagnosing causes and recommending solutions.
* Strong background in the web standards-based development of accessible, interactive web UI using HTML5 and ARIA. Ability to review implemented UI and code, diagnose issues and recommend solutions.
* Familiarity with accessibility audits and reviewing Accessibility Conformance Reports based on the Voluntary Program Accessibility Template (VPAT)
* Ability to learn new UI technologies for the purpose of training engineers and conducting reviews
* Ability to drive accessibility awareness and implementation for large initiatives by forming positive working relationships with Designers, Content, Engineers, Product Owners.
* Able to work independently as well as with a variety of different people and roles
* Self-motivated, good communicator, and able to lead brainstorms and reviews. Demonstrated excellence at reviewing and communicating accessibility changes and updates from small details all the way up to high level direction.

*Preferred Skills*
Experience building interactive web prototypes to test theories for accessible UI

* Familiarity with modern web development frameworks, e.g. Web Components, ReactJS
* Experience with accessible mobile development and testing
* Experience with accessible motion and animation CSS
* Experience with Salesforce products is a big plus
