Peacock’s viewing product team is seeking a seasoned product manager to own and drive the vision for global accessibility and compliance within the viewing experience.

In this role, you will:
Lead product strategy and execution of accessibility features that bring the Peacock to all audiences
Work with cross functional business stakeholders and legal teams to ensure regulatory and privacy compliance within the viewing experience
Understand a range of international guidelines and best practices to inform product feature requirements
Partner with industry advocacy groups to understand the needs of users
Collaborate with other product managers, designers, compliance, operations and technology teams to grow a culture and understanding of accessibility standards
Anticipate and identify emerging regulatory trends that can position Peacock to be a leader in this domain
Translate complex problems into executable MVPs, communicate a plan and vision, and gain stakeholder consensus
Perform competitive analyses, conduct market research, and synthesize customer insights and analytics to develop evidence-based points of view
Help build a product culture at Peacock

What you have:
Love for television, film, and sports entertainment
Passion for creating innovative and engaging consumer products
Domain knowledge in various accessibility, privacy, and regulatory areas across entertainment streaming
Familiarity with various regulations of COPPA, VPPA, GDPR, and FCC as they relate to streaming
Empathy for the user and understanding of how to meet their needs and simplify their lives
Vision to anticipate the ever-evolving consumption trends and an appreciation for TV/entertainment
Communication skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
Curiosity to seek the right solution and the persistence to iterate
Flexibility to quickly adapt to rapidly changing priorities and deadlines
Enthusiasm to be positive, confident, energetic and display a willingness to learn
Qualifications/Requirements :
• BA/BS degree in a relevant field
• 5-7 years working in a Product Management (or similar) role, developing different products at scale, delivering excellent customer experiences and measurable business impact
• Expertise in accessibility best practices, international privacy and consent regulations
• Experience in technology or digital media preferably with consumer-facing products
• Experience working in an Agile software development environment preferred
• Experience with multiple entertainment platforms (e.g. iOS, Android, Amazon, Roku) and domains (e.g. TV, Movies, Sports, News, Kids)
• Experience with metrics analysis and rapid experimentation
