Enterprise Products solves complex business problems at Facebook through a combination of building and buying best-in-class enterprise solutions. We help Facebook business teams achieve more effective and productive outcomes, at scale. The Enterprise Products team is seeking an experienced, insightful and forward-thinking Program Manager to identify, design and implement efficient and effective Product Operations programs. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to develop and facilitate sound program management practices in support of the Enterprise Products organization, including: scoping, initiating and managing programs and related project portfolios, providing program management support to application pillars, and effective management of a growing team of contingent support engineers and specialists. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex programs, strategic and tactical execution of business processes, a good understanding of project management in critical environments, and strong working knowledge of an IT organization. This is a full-time position.


Build and maintain programs that drive strategic priorities from ideation to implementation, primarily through strong program management principles and hands-on leadership
Develop strong peer and stakeholder relationships, maintaining effective communication channels
Develop detailed analysis, plans, milestones, deliverables and overall status updates related to program management
Promote automation and data analytics audit testing and innovate in new ways of executing projects to drive continuous auditing (e.g., monitoring/alerting)
Scope and drive vendor managed services as appropriate, reducing compliance risk while maintaining business velocity and flexibility
Promote thought leadership for new ideas and new ways of executing compliance initiatives with Enterprise Product’s products and infrastructure, drive continuous improvements in the delivery of audit compliance services
Define requirements and specifications for supporting tooling, reporting and infrastructure. Ensure standardization of support workflows and processes, supporting establishment of a dedicated production operations team across Enterprise Products application pillars
Manage Product Operations services to ensure compliance with core KPIs and SLAs, work cross functionally with stakeholders to review and improve business processes




7+ years of experience in Project/Program Management with a demonstrated track record of delivering business value using technology solutions in high-tech operations space
5+ years of experience in defining and production system support organizations in partnership with IT Organizations
Experience leading global programs and projects, including hands-on project management of multiple concurrent projects
Experience with collaboration tools such as Microsoft 365, Google G suite, Quip, Dropbox and other Project Management tools in an enterprise environment
Experience with proprietary in-house built systems, information security, corporate systems (e.g., Oracle, Salesforce, Workday) and working with internet scale data reporting analysis




Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, Info Systems or Data Science
Experience with hands-on involvement solving technical problems
Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud suite, BI tools like Incorta, Tableau
Experience in IT Operations, including revenue and expense business processes and accounting flows, change management fundamentals and user account management across the application, database and OS tiers across various financial applications and technology stacks
Demonstrated record of problem-solving and analytical skills, including presentation skills to leadership
