We’re looking for a highly motivated and passionate individual to focus on Marketing initiatives and drive the execution of Accessibility programs. This position requires a dynamic, highly motivated individual to manage the seamless creation of marketing campaigns and materials to support the introduction of programs and products targeted to customers with disabilities and the individuals who support them. Key Qualifications

A minimum of 8 years of experience in Accessibility
Deep understanding of Apple’s culture and values.
Strong understanding of the depth and breadth of the communities Apple supports via built-in Assistive Technology.
Accomplished strategic thinker adept at creating and driving complex projects to completion
Excellent verbal, written and presentation communications skills, with the ability to distill broad concepts and intentions into clear impacts and executable programs.
Problem solver with outstanding interpersonal skills and track record of working with senior leaders.
Thrives in highly collaborative projects — Ability to inspire, motivate and lead cross-functional teams to successfully deliver under changing environments and moving resources and deadlines.
Handles high stakes decisions with ease and ability to navigate ambiguity — Flexible and creative teammate who can prioritize multiple tasks under pressure and sometimes with limited information.
Self-motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities. Ability to drive and track issues and tasks and prioritize every day.

Description
You will drive marketing programs in the Accessibility Policy and Initiatives team to create and manage strategic, measurable resources, events and communications channels that drive awareness of Apple’s dedication to Accessibility.
RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Develop and lead effective initiatives that inform and engage employees and customers in our commitment to accessibility. Develop internal communications, sales and marketing tools, and training to support a diverse set of constituents around accessibility programs and products Serve as the Accessibility liaison for key teams at Apple including Education, Enterprise, and Employee Communications. Foster relationships with these cross-functional partners to drive strategic alignment, seamless integration and timely execution of program deliverables. Track, analyze and share metrics to promote effective program development. Identify strong external advocates and communities with whom to engage on Apple’s message. Design plans for outreach by providing analysis of emerging or existing communications channels and platforms for engaging with employees and customers around Apple’s values. Gather intelligence and assist in the preparation of marketing materials, briefings, and presentations. Work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Be a leader in driving strategic change and execution throughout the organization and Apple at large. Present Apple’s message to key external constituents in private and public endeavors (position requires some travel)
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred.
