QA/Accessibility Analyst

Key Role:

Perform moderately complex tasks for the inspection and testing of project output, including hardware or software to ensure quality standards are met. Leverage existing systems, analyze the development of new systems to identify project failure trends, and verify the consistency of various design standards. Recommend corrective action for procedural, product, or process deficiencies. Review and evaluate software products and services for adherence to government directives, standards, and guidelines concerning software quality assurance.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with hands-on testing of Web content management systems

-Experience with Section 508 accessibility testing techniques and remediation tools

-Experience with Section 508 tools, including JAWS, PAW, WAT, Narrator, and Common Look

-Knowledge of Web accessibility standards, including Section 508 and WCAG

-Knowledge of Web development technologies and user experience (UX)
-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Drupal and JIRA

-Experience with requirements review of user stories and acceptance criteria

-Experience with writing technical documentation

-Experience with working in an Agile team

-Experience with the CI/CD process

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent analytical skills, including solutions-oriented thinking

-Possession of excellent interpersonal skills, including flexibility and expertise in customer relationships
