Liase with clients concerning receiving, scheduling, approving, updating, and supporting DVW projects.
Schedule and/or coordinate scheduling DVW projects and staff including writers, narrators, and mixers. This includes receiving and quality checking materials from clients, then getting materials to writers and mixers.
Deliver final materials to client. Utilize upload/download/preview services as necessary.
Respond to client technical and scheduling questions where required.
Supply client with narrator sample and draft scripts for approval when requested.
Manage back-end systems for client specific applications.
Maintain schedule on a daily basis and send billings to accounting. Respond to billing questions.
Transcode projects and send out updated/revised proxies as necessary.
Coordinate reports and/or paperwork through the production chain.
Assist in ensuring DVW Project Quality Control guidelines are met including making/revising/updating applicable quality control and other reports.
Coordinate and solve problematic and challenging project issues such as additional QC research and coordination, proxy re-issue, follow-up and coordination, etc.
Coordinate specialized projects such as arranging CC, subtitling, etc.
Support Client Services Manager with the quoting processes.
Input required data into Project Management System. Run appropriate reports to understand business gaps and make recommendations as necessary.
Manage the Change Order process when DVW projects change.
Be willing to work flexible hours occassionally to take care of client and internal issues including providing technical support for writers and sending AD or DV to clients in the evening or on a weekend if necessary.
Upon completion of projects, archive on central server. Keep up-to-date records of what is archived and when it was archived. Implement, maintain and/or assist with DVW data backups.
ยท Attend weekly meetings to update progress, discuss challenges, and input into strategy.
Requirements
Passion for accessibility is a must.
Project management experienced required; experience or knowledge of audio description a bonus.
Benefits
Full time contract until end of June 2023.
Salary between $52,000 and $66,650 per year, plus benefits.
Fully remote and work from home.
