Job Description

By joining our Accessibility team, you will develop solutions that remove barriers and empower our users. We are looking for someone who is passionate, creative and dedicated to building great user experiences that can be used by everyone.

By joining our Accessibility team:

You will be part of an agile development team that uses modern, standards-based technologies to build first-class user experiences that are deployed continuously to our customers

We’re Looking For:

3+ years work experience developing complex software applications

3+ years work experience with front-end web development

Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Computer Science or related field

Advanced knowledge of JavaScript and experience using modern JavaScript libraries and frameworks such as React

Experience with developing highly performant and reusable code for the modern web

Strong programming knowledge with a deep understanding of object oriented programming and common design patterns (e.g. MVC, Inversion of Control, Event-driven systems)

Hands-on experience with creating robust unit tests and working with continuous integration and deployment pipelines

Experience with Java programming, jUnit and Mock frameworks is desirable

Knowledge of WAI-ARIA, WCAG, and HTML5 accessibility practices is highly desirable
