Accessibility Specialist

Our client, a leading Canadian retail finance company, is looking to add an experienced Accessibility Specialist to join their team on a 6 months+ full time contract opportunity (high likelihood to extend after the initial contract with potential to go perm down the line).



What's needed:

Expert knowledge of AODA and WCAG standards
Experience coaching/educating stakeholders on importance of Accessibility
Experience reviewing code to ensure compliance with accessibility guidelines
Experience testing for accessibility (QA)
Experience within the financial services industry a HUGE bonus

The target hiring compensation range for this role is 40/hr to 50/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
