Our game-changing technology will advance the field of design and make a more inclusive world. We are looking for a strong leader who is dedicated to growing our global technology firm. We have developed advanced accessible graphics technology which allows organizations to become more inclusive. The accessibility market is about 1.3 billion people globally, with a spending power that exceeds $6 trillion. Digital Accessibility technologies represent a $21.8 billion market as of 2021, with an estimated Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of 4.8% as businesses progress closer to achieving their inclusion and accessibility goals. We believe we offer a highly differentiated capability in this market, and have validated the need for this capability with extensive pre-market dialogue with prospective partners.

The COO will act as the primary contact for all day-to-day aspects of company operations and work with our partners, business stakeholders and Founder. This role would best be filled by an individual with experience in supporting high-growth organizations that is passionate about inclusivity, and digital sustainability. We are seeking a strong communicator that is energized by revolutionizing the digital landscape and will be interested in Equity within the company as part of their offer.

Responsibilities will include:

• Develop and optimize a sales process including systems, software, and personnel
• Help develop relationships with partners and board members
• Oversee Development Team
• Determine direction and overall growth strategy of organization
• Financial projections and key performance indicators
• Entrepreneurial mentality to tackle a variety of duties, challenges, and opportunities

Qualifications:
• 10+ years of relevant operations or business work experience (MBA preferred)
• Knowledge of digital accessibility standards
• Expertise with Slack, Asana, Google drive and Zoom
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS and related web technology
• Familiarity with assistive technology
• Passion for social change, accessibility, sustainability and inclusivity
