Eastridge Workforce Solutions is hiring a Senior Web Developer/Accessibility Specialist for an American financial services company.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for the design, development, maintenance, integration and support of the internet website, including the design and implementation of new concepts and prototypes.
Maintain quality service standards set by the organization.
Design, create, document, develop, test and implement program applications utilizing, Visual Studio, and .NET framework.
Advise, train and provide specific guidelines regarding front end web accessibility.
Design, prototype and write HTML to the latest WCAG standards, and US Access Board Section 508.
Proactively develop documentation for maintenance and administration of internet sites.
Work in conjunction with Digital Channels developers to review architecture, design and code.
Adhere to application development standard guidelines.
Understand business problems/requirements specs and provide efficient design solutions in accordance with the latest UI best practices.
Write technical specification documents based on requirements.
Reviews, analyze, program, test, and debug software for a large-scale systems.
Develop new software with complex third party integrations.
Perform Quality Assurance testing in accordance with department policies and guidelines.
Stay up to date on new technologies and trends pertaining to developmental improvements to the intranet and internet sites.
Research and manage use of best practices and search engine optimization (SEO) for website. Troubleshoot complex concepts.
Management of vendor relationships.
Manage the security of internet sites in conjunction with the direction of IT Security Officer.
Manage/monitor the internet functionality to ensure fast and efficient response times.
Ensure that the internet meet all regulatory and compliance requirements.
Participate in AML/BSA compliance training as assigned.
Adhere to credit union AML/BSA policy and procedures including CTR rules and form preparation, identify and refer suspicious.


Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent job experience.
5 years of related IT industry experience
5 years of web development and deployment experience, with the ability to learn new skills.
5 years of experience with .NET, MVC, C# and T-SQL.
Web development experience HTML 5, CSS 3, XSL, XSLT, JavaScript and JQuery.
Experience with Angular JS, React Native, PowerShell is preferred.
Experience with at least one CMS system.
Kentico Developer Certification is a plus.
Experience working within a responsive design framework.
Experience with Screen Readers is required.
