Join us as a Accessibility Product Manager on our Accessibility Team in Dell Digital Design team which can be done 100% remotely to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.

What you’ll achieve

As a Product Management Consultant in IT, you will combine a broad knowledge of the company’s products and services with accessibility to identify new areas of growth, new technology and emerging product opportunities. You will evaluate in-depth market analysis and drive the business case for optimization of existing products and creation of next generation products.

You will:

Drive new product launches from the business contract through ready-to-ship stages
Manage, support and improve products through their entire life cycle in incorporate accessibility
Work extensively with the Product Teams to ensure accessibility is a foundation for every product
Manage requirements gathering and provide advanced interpretation and recommendations
Be a subject matter expert for external and internal product events

Essential Requirements

8+ years’ experience as a Product Manager with a bachelor’s degree
Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
Experience with incorporating accessibility into products using WCAG 2.1AA
Strong leadership skills for driving and collaborating cross functional groups
Excellent teamwork skills

Desirable Requirements

Applying Test Driven Development in a pairing environment
Knowledge of lean concepts within a manufacturing or software context
