A leading tech company is seeking a Program Manager Non Tech - Gaming & Accessibility. The successful candidate will provide daily support for managing the delivery of project tasks, activities, milestones, and resources across several projects. The ideal candidate has prior accessibility experience, with knowledge of Accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG) and assistive technologies, ideally demonstrated through certification in Accessibility, for example, Trusted Tester, CPACC, PCWA, or accessibility user research. Program Manager Non Tech - Gaming & Accessibility Pay and Benefits:

Hourly pay: $45/hr
Worksite: Leading technology and data solutions company (Remote, EST hours preferred)
W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program
40 hours/week, 11 Month Assignment

Program Manager Non Tech - Gaming & Accessibility Responsibilities:

Provide daily support for managing the delivery of project tasks, activities, milestones, and resources across several projects.
Manage content updates and reviews on SharePoint sites, documentation, and training content.
Gather resources, content, and supporting documentation for accessibility projects.
Develop, maintain, and manage project requirements, plans, timelines, issues, risks, and challenges.
Partner with community engagement teams and advocacy organizations to grow the Xbox gaming and disability community.
Maintain process documentation, supervise task distribution and scheduling of consultations.

Program Manager Non Tech - Gaming & Accessibility Qualifications:

3-4 years of experience.
1+ years of accessibility experience, with knowledge of Accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG) and assistive technologies, ideally demonstrated through certification in Accessibility, for example, Trusted Tester, CPACC, PCWA, or accessibility user research.
2+ years of program management experience.
1-2 years with Accessibility, gaming, or disability.
1-2 years of ADO, JIRA, or Asana.
1-2 years with Trusted Tester.
1+ years working with people with disabilities, for example: gaming & disability community, accessibility industry, diversity and inclusion, inclusive design, user research.
Professional experience in games, or work strongly connected to games, is strongly beneficial, for example: Game-related experience in the fields of game/tool development, clinical/medical work, research, hardware, journalism, content creation, community work, NGO support, etc.
Experience with enterprise project management software, such as Visual Studio ADO, JIRA, or Asana. Optional: HTML/CSS, PowerBI dashboards.
Ability to manage daily workload, work independently and as part of a team and high attention to detail required.
Excellent communication skills and content writing.

Salary Range: $93000 - $93000
