Reports to Global D&I Director.

Paris based (Hybrid)/Europe.


RESPONSABILITIES

Create and pilot an accessibility program across the organization. Partner with leadership and ERGs across the company to establish an accessibility framework that supports inclusion for all abilities from recruiting, to hiring, onboarding, design, the digital and physical environments, the employee experience, upskilling the organization, and that enhances our patient education on how to advocate for inclusion in their workplaces
Program/Portfolio management for the Accessibility program across the company
Accessibility roadmap planning/forecasting/budgeting. Manage accessibility resources, assistive technologies, etc., via (RFPs, SOWs), timelines, and risks
Recordkeeping, executive reporting, and stakeholder management
Subject Matter Expert for accessibility, provide enterprise-wide accessibility requirements/recommendations across a variety of solutions, not limited to websites, digital and print materials, native mobile apps, inclusive product/project design, hiring, and the physical environment
Foster strategic relationships with disability advocacy groups and specialized accessibility vendors
Cultivate an “accessibility mindset” from product/project inception by creating and upskilling respective teams on Accessibility Design reviews, frameworks/process flows in to provide accessibility requirements and implement accessibility validation during QA phase
Create and maintain accessibility scorecards
Facilitate accessibility approvals prior to product implementation
Create and deliver advocacy learning and training across the company, including train-the-trainers (TTTs) for deployment at scale
Own the assistive technologies product lines to meet diverse needs, including but not limited to Claro, Antidote, JAWS, NVDA, Dragon, VoiceOver, Talkback, captioning tools, ASL, etc
Accessibility Roadmap planning
Form strategic partnerships with key stakeholders across D&I, Product, IT, HR, Procurement, Gov. Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Learning & Development, Policy, Employee Experience, Customer Experience, Web Designers, Brand Teams, etc
Develop and execute internal and external communications plans and change management strategies to generate awareness about accessibility, inclusion, disability etiquette, share employee stories, and form allyship across the organization
Act as the global partner with the Ability+ ERG

PROFILE

Experience

Experience in managing large cross-country projects
Experience in stakeholder management and engagement
Proven track record of operationalizing largescale projects, ideally within an accessibility context
Ability to effectively use data to assist decision making and reporting on ROI
Strong communication and written skills and excellent relationship management skills with proven ability to gain credibility at all levels
Experience with IST, Learning and Communication functions
Strong presentation and engagement skills
Passion for diversity, equity and inclusion

CPWA (certified professional in web accessibility) or reading towards it

Experience in a specialist field of digital and physical accessibility
