JOB SUMMARY: Translate accessibility compliance requirements into technical success criteria for designers, developers, testers, and all other stakeholders in the software development lifecycle for assistive technologies. Work with the Accessibility Center of Excellence to define enterprise accessibility strategy. Provide accessibility leadership within digital applications from concept to launch. Work closely with the UI/UX and development teams to support standards, define application interactions, and perform usability testing. Document, communicate and present design ideas to fellow team members, stakeholders, executives, and clients. Lead brainstorming sessions, and design and development reviews to help solve problems. Ensure the health of the product, feature, and relationships with clients. Develop software and design product for accessibility compliance in accordance with WCAG 2.0 standards. Utilize HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to build and maintain websites. Utilize accessibility technologies including JAWS, NVDA, ZoomText and Dragon Naturally Speaking.

EDUCATION/ REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree, (or foreign equivalent), in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Computer Interaction, or in a related field. 2 years of experience utilizing accessibility technologies including a combination of the following technologies: JAWS, NVDA, ZoomText, and Dragon Naturally Speaking; in software development or product design for accessibility compliance in accordance with WCAG 2.0 standards; and utilizing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to build and maintain websites. Experience can be gained pre or post-Bachelor’s degree.

Salaries depend on geography, experience, and education; negotiations begin at $110,800. MPD621 332451 332451BR

The pay for this position has a salary range of $110,800.00 to $196,400.00. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.

Salary Range: $110800 - $196400
