Responsible for the planning and execution of functional testing services. Key individual contributor to Quality Assurance (QA) project teams within T&O. Works with project teams to ensure standard quality practices/processes are followed. As a senior member of the technical staff, assists senior business and IT management in determining the direction of current and future developments in area of expertise. Utilizes in-depth knowledge of technological alternatives and business system requirements to recommend innovations that enhance and/or provide a competitive advantage to the organization. Provides feedback and technical guidance to project managers on issues of critical importance to achieving business objectives. Is clearly recognized as a content expert by peers.
QTP Automation Testing Tool
3-5 + years of QA experience.
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
Experience with Agile methodology and Waterfall methodology
Experience with the life cycle of projects (DEV, SIT, UAT)
Ability to create detailed, comprehensive test plan and test cases/scripts based on Business requirements, User stories and High Level Design. Execute test scripts (ensure Traceability: map test cases/scripts to requirements, user stories)
Experience with ALM and JIRA
Automation will be helpful but not required
Expert using ADA tools, such as JAWS, Keyboard, IProwe, Zoom, ect.
Ability to provide testing status/reporting
Ability to adapt to change
Works well with others
Clear communicator (written and verbal)
Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables
SQL skills, ETL testing experience
Agile tools (Jira/Rally)
Automation tool set- QTP/Selenium/Tosca
Experience with Continues Integration model
