CW-Digital Marketing
Coordinates and administers multiple media communications programs to promote product and organizational presence in marketplaces consistent with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Evaluating advertising and promotion programs for compatibility with public relations efforts and communicating and reporting for senior management.
Observing social, economic, and political trends that might have an effect on the organization, and making recommendations to enhance the organization's image based on those trends.
Working with advertising agencies to create a variety of publicity methods.
Obtaining relevant information from clients, such as product and organizational details, budget and marketing goals.

This Accessibility Specialist will continually adapt to meet the needs of our ever-changing market. In this role, he/she will spend time performing audits, reporting on findings, and supporting design/development teams in delivering solutions that align with company policies and standards.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Collaborate with UX and technology partners to provide initial assessment of digital application(s) and determine appropriate testing and remediation approaches
Perform accessibility assessments using various forms of automatic, manual, and assistive technology tools
Execute accessibility tests within the software development lifecycle as needed
As an accessibility subject matter expert, guide, educate, and train while moderating team office hours that support various resources across the enterprise as needed
Required Skills
Experience working with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) accessibility standards and guidelines
Knowledge of disability law including, but not limited to, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
Effective interpersonal and communication skills
Strong initiative and work ethic to meet critical project deadlines
Comfortable working within a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and collaborative creative environment
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively across the enterprise
Preferred Skills
Flexibility to continuously adapt to meet the ever-changing needs of the market
Experience within financial services or other highly regulated industry
Experience with web technologies (HTML/CSS,)
Experience with mobile accessibility iOS & Android
Familiarity with assistive technologies such as JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, and Talkback

Preferred Education and Credentials
Bachelor’s degree in human-computer interaction (HCI) or other relevant field of study, or sufficient career experience
IAAP Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC) credential
