Description
As CX Designer for accessibility you are the number one advocate for our customers. You are a passionate designer of inclusive experiences that meet our customers where they are on their health journey. You will have the opportunity to reshape the pain points of our customers lived experiences from obstacle to healthcare innovation. In this role you will work cross functionally with product managers, UX/UI designers, and researchers alike to optimize and redefine the healthcare experience for our customers.

Required Qualifications and Experience
• 5+ years bringing digital products to life
• 3+ years in a role focusing on disability inclusion or digital accessibility
• 3+ years creating low fidelity and high-fidelity mockups impacting an external customer-base
• 3+ years working on a team using agile or lean development practices
• 2+ years mapping user journeys and documenting customer experiences
• Demonstrated knowledge of accessibility standards: WCAG 2.1, Universal Design Principles
• Subject matter expertise of Apple and Google Human Interface Guidelines
• Fluent use of industry standard design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, etc.

Bonus Credit
• Experience with agile project management tools such as Jira or Rally
• Experience with information architecture or informatics
• Demonstrated success in customer/participant driven research
• Knowledge of customer and product research methodologies

Education
• Relevant bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
