The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity to work with Adobe's Accessibility team as
an Accessibility Program Manager, helping product teams be aware of their responsibilities
in the area of accessibility and to follow through on improvements that will make Adobe
products more accessible for people with disabilities. You will work as a part of a team
to envision and implement system wide processes that deliver outstanding results on time
with high internal customer satisfaction. A successful candidate will have familiarity with a
variety of public and private cloud technologies, software development standard
methodologies, and a solid understanding of accessibility requirements. In addition, the
candidate has superb communication skills, and a consistent track record of leading software
development or deployment programs

What You'll Do

Develop and launch major changes to Adobe’s accessibility program that
supports enterprise-level improvements.
Champion accessibility objectives and priorities with product teams to ensure
timely and effective task completion, including setting deadlines, prioritizing
work, and enhancing inclusion.
Build project plan, gain commitments, resolve interdependencies, risks, and roadblocks.
Support regular status reporting on accessibility progress across the organization.
Collaborate with internal and vendor teams in the accessibility space.
Use tools like JIRA, custom dashboards, and Power BI to communicate defined
goals, and gather and analyze data to support reporting efforts.
Identify patterns, flag risks early, and provide strategic solutions to improve delivery.­­
Frequently document and communicate product accessibility risks, collaborating with a range of collaborators from individual contributors to senior leadership levels.
Foster close, cooperative relationships at the organization in efforts to build
consensus and maintain cross-functional alignment.

What You Need To Succeed

5+ years as a program or project manager in accessibility or software space,
preferably with a track record of building successful initiatives from scratch.
Solid ability to manage program level prioritization, planning, and execution
Communicate concisely with diversified partners and engineering teams using clear data points.
Advanced listening skills with a focus on collaborative problem solving
.Excellent presentation and writing skills in English
Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills as you will be interacting across product and engineering leaders at various levels
Experience managing enterprise-wide deployment projects, client expectations, and third-party vendor relationships
Experience with Jira, O365 Suite, MS Teams, SharePoint, MS Project, Excel, VMWare and Slack
Positive, proactive, and can-do demeanor in a fast-paced global environment with the ability to prioritize conflicting demands
An unwavering commitment to inclusion
Preferred, but not required: PMP certification, relevant accessibility certifications (CPACC, WAS, CPWA)
