The Opportunity
Adobe is looking for a highly motivated individual to join the Creative Cloud product management team to help shape the future of collaborative design for students and those with accessible needs.
We are looking for a product manager who will lead our education strategy for new Creative Cloud offerings. You will also build and manage the accessibility roadmap for new tools.
You'll leverage your domain expertise while working with product leaders across the organization to shape and influence product strategy.
You'll be responsible for championing the customers' needs, developing a roadmap of features and executing it with some of the most talented designers and engineers.
You'll partner with different teams like marketing, data science, education and support to ensure we are meeting business needs and delivering a high quality product for our customers.
Responsibilities:


Research customer needs and validate proposed solutions for the education space.
Create a strategy and roadmap for new Creative Cloud capabilities for students.
Define prioritized requirements as part of an overall product roadmap, collaborating effectively with other product managers, designers and engineering to optimize delivery of features. Your role will be to ensure that the experience for students and those needing accessible solutions is represented in every workflow and conversation.
Collaborate with cross-functional development teams to identify, analyze, and resolve accessibility issues.
Partner with marketing, documentation, support and other teams to ensure product benefits are communicated to customers
Be an ambassador for the product and, more broadly Adobe, engaging with students in schools, via social media, press opportunities and at industry events.

Requirements:

Minimum of BS in Computer Science, BA in Graphic Design or equivalent experience
3+ years experience in either product management or product design
3+ years relevant experience in education and accessibility required.
Proven track record working with a team to deliver successful software products
Practical knowledge of existing Adobe and 3rd party solutions used for design, prototyping and collaborating on web and mobile experiences
Ability to present complex ideas clearly and to rally people around a vision. Outstanding communication skills with both local and remote teams.
Ability to work in a team setting and/or independently as needed; self-starter.
Ability to rapidly prioritize and react to changing market dynamics.
Highly enthusiastic, creative, with entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to innovate.
Desire and ability to continually learn and adapt to changing circumstances
