Enterprise Technology Accessibility Center of Excellence (ETACoE) is one of the core functions of EAE responsible for driving technology accessibility of enterprise application by providing required training/education /guidance and tools & solutions to enable application teams deliver for accessibility along with a governance function. We operate in a very dynamic and fast-paced global business environment. This role is responsible for capturing and supporting delivery of business and/or system requirements (based on specialization) to accomplish business goals. Key responsibilities include working with stakeholders to understand their needs, capture their requirements, perform impact analysis, and then working closely with the Development Team(s) to refine the requirements into specifications that can be executed by the team.

We are looking for a talented, seasoned and highly motivated Analyst who will support the Accessibility team with the vision and roadmap development and improvement of accessibility policy, controls and governance to align with strategic direction for the business and technology domains. Will collaborate with leaders across the various lines of business in reviewing current accessibility policy, controls and governance which includes conducting analysis when engaging with internal stakeholders. A successful candidate has prior experience in accessible technology design and delivery and has a very good understanding of industry standards & best practices.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

-Prior experience in compliance, operational risk and senior management reporting.

-Will need to synthesize large amounts of information into simple straightforward language and communicate clearly.

-Will conduct in-depth review of relevant policies and standards and provide analysis and thought leadership by writing reports to promote overall recommendations.

-Produce supporting documentation for review by stakeholders.

-Experience in process management, quality assurance and control measurement.

-Experience or proven ability to create and document current process, identify gaps and create target state processes and metrics

-Generate and document the required evidence to support target state process to show sustainability.

-Assess reporting deliverables and governance routines to ensure alignment with policies, laws, rules, and/or regulations and to drive strategic process, content, and design enhancements and harmonization

-Demonstrates a working-knowledge of Agile framework and the ability to build and work in an Agile environment

-Fundamental knowledge of technology accessibility and why it is important

-Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) ability to interface with technology and line of business stakeholders and executives to drive the program objectives forward

-Quick learner. The analyst will do work related to accessibility and will need to quickly learn policy details, data sources, and analysis methods.

-Highly motivated self-starter. Self-starter with ability to work on topics simultaneously. Comfort with uncertainty and an entrepreneurial working context.

-Policy oriented. The candidate will need to be strong writer with experience in composing policy and process recommendations that are meaningful and crisp for the highest levels of management including the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions.

-Organizational and project coordination skills. Ability to document process flows from conceptual design to detailed design using Visio or comparable process mapping tools

DESIRED SKILLS:

Deep knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint Site with the ability to easily adapt to technology, tools, and applications

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for capturing and refining business and/or system requirements (based on specialization). Works with stakeholders to understand their needs, analyze problems, and capture their requirements, and then working closely with the Development Team to refine the requirement into specifications that can be executed by the team. Possess a working knowledge of the business and/or technical domain based on their specialization. Leverages experience and understanding of stakeholder needs to help create a solution, envisions the solution to solve a problem (manual or through software). Performs Cost/Benefit Analysis to align the technology to business strategy. Gathers & catalogs functional, non-functional, and technical requirements for stakeholder requests. Determines the impact of modifications and enhancements on the application. Acts as the product(s) subject matter expert to support scope and requirement decisions. Ensures changes to the application are compliant with bank standards and policies. Assists users and development team with application testing and troubleshooting, and may help configure test solutions to validate functional and system needs. Identifies, document and troubleshoot application related problems. Documents process, procedures and workflows associated with applications. Leads or participate in continuous improvement efforts; Building expertise in creating, analyzing, and improving processes. Creates, maintains and presents training materials for end-users. Individual contributor.
