Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager , in technology as part of the Strategy, Digital and Innovation (SDI) business division. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.

The Digital Accessibility Tester is the SDI Digital Accessibility Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Accessibility Testing and AT (Assistive Technology) tools. This person will work in a highly collaborative environment, supporting scrum teams to deliver accessibility solutions throughout the Agile testing life cycles. This includes testing with Assistive Technologies or interpreting the test results.

In this role, you will:

Lead or participate in variety of complex functions within the digital environment.
Contribute to large-scale planning related to the execution of the digital strategy.
Review and analyze complex content strategy/creation, customer experience, analytics/research or product management that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Independently resolve complex issues.
Lead team to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of digital initiatives, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements.
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
Potentially lead projects, teams or provide direction to junior staff on less complex digital initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
3+ years+ experience in Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, 2.1 or a combination of both.
2 years + experience using accessibility testing tools such as AMP.(Accessibility Management Platform), Continuum, Wave or WorldSpace / aXe, and V-PAT.
2 years + experience accessibility testing web-based applications on Windows desktop and MAC.
Expert level user of various (at least one) assistive technologies such as JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, or TalkBack.
Expert level using a defect tracking tool such as JIRA.

Desired Qualifications:

3+ years of experience as part of an in-house development team or design agency consulting to Fortune 500 clients.
Ability to convey issues to developers and technical partners verbally and in writing to include use of ARIA for web technologies such as HTML and mobile platforms.
Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities.
Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships.
Ability to exercise independent judgment and creative problem-solving techniques.
Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities in a cross-functional environment.
Proven ability to identifying creative approaches to accessibility challenges and problems.
Passionate about developing / testing accessible digital solutions and processes.
Experience working in an Agile environment.
International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP) Certified a plus.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
