The Centre for Research in Inclusion is seeking to recruit two enthusiastic researchers with previous experience of qualitative research to contribute to work on a prestigious UKRI-funded study ‘Teaching Accessibility in the Digital Skill Set’ under the leadership of UKRI Future Leaders Fellow, Dr Sarah Lewthwaite. This education project explores pedagogical culture and knowledge in relation to the teaching of digital accessibility expertise in computing and technical disciplines and the workplace. Two research fellowships are available. The first post is a full-time two-year fixed-term role (24 months at 1.0 FTE). The second post is a one-year fixed-term post (offered either full-time over 12 months, or by arrangement *part-time over a longer term: e.g. 0.5 FTE over 2 years). Both roles are based at Southampton and are available immediately. Please indicate your preferred role in your application.

*For applicants interested in a Part time role, please note: This role is unlikely to support a Certificate of Sponsorship with a part time salary amount (a Certificate of Sponsorship is required to obtain a Tier 2 visa to work in the UK).

Interviews will take place in the week beginning 7th December 2020.
