You will have a research interest in teaching and learning and digital accessibility, alongside a PhD or equivalent professional qualification and experience in Education or a highly relevant discipline. You will also need to demonstrate experience of conducting qualitative research, including using interview and video, and writing for publication. Two research fellowships are available. The first post is a full-time two-year fixed-term role (24 months at 1.0 FTE). The second post is a one-year fixed-term post (offered either full-time over 12 months, or by arrangement *part-time over a longer term: e.g. 0.5 FTE over 2 years). Both roles are based at Southampton and are available immediately. Please indicate your preferred role in your application.

*For applicants interested in a Part time role, please note: This role is unlikely to support a Certificate of Sponsorship with a part time salary amount (a Certificate of Sponsorship is required to obtain a Tier 2 visa to work in the UK).

Interviews will take place in the week beginning 7th December 2020.
