About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Systems Quality Assurance Analyst - ADA in Credit Card & Merchant Services as part of Traditional Product Management. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com .

In this role, you will:

Document test cases and risk research and create test plans
Record test progress and results
Identify and track issues throughout testing
Perform manual and automated testing
Consult with users providing advice and direction
Develop standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness
Drive innovation and streamline overall testing processes
Research system features being tested
Partner with Engineers to develop testing strategy
Log, track and verify resolution of software and specification defects
Understand and ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area are met and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Lead projects, teams or serve as a mentor for less experienced staff
Handle test planning and execution for Rewards focused on Accessibility testing on digital changes - Website and Email
Handle complex End User Testing Assurance and test environment problems and issues
Work with client to establish and maintain a consistent test methodology and to resolve escalated issues during the testing process
Escalate issues during the testing process for resolution
Lead the effort in establishing new testing process or procedure similar but not limited to automation of testing
Attend and actively participate in project meetings
Acts as a voice for the line of business during testing
Ensure the updated ADA Standards and Procedures are followed and incorporated in the testing procedure

Required Qualifications, US:

4+ years of Systems Quality Assurance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Advanced knowledge and understanding of test plans, test cases, test procedures, test scripts, and expected results
Advanced analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Solid knowledge and understanding of quality assurance/testing process
Knowledge and understanding of business tools and processes
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Knowledge of screen readers (JAWS/NVDA for desktop, VoiceOver for iOS and Talkback for Android devices)
Experience with Testing tools - such as ALM (Application Lifecycle Management)
Solid knowledge and understanding of quality assurance/testing process
Knowledge and understanding of business tools and processes
Knowledge of the Color contrast analyst tools
Familiar with WCAG 2.0 Standard guidelines
Certified for Accessibility validations (ADA testing) - Certified Professional In Accessibility Core Competencies
Experience with Agile Scrum (Daily Standup, Sprint Planning and Sprint Retrospective meetings)
