Accessibility Lead, Apple TV+

The Accessibility lead works closely with the Head of Talent Development. In this role, you will develop relationships across various divisions of Apple TV+ such as Production, Development, Casting, and Marketing, providing insight and expertise to ensure that all of our studio efforts are taking accessibility into consideration at every turn. We are looking for someone who thrives on applying both their left and right brain, understands the entertainment landscape, has in depth knowledge of and relationships within the PWD community, and excels at working with complex and different personalities. Key Qualifications

Experience collaborating with senior level management in a network, studio, agency, or streamer, working with executives, producers, talent representatives, casts, and creative teams both generally and as it pertains to PWD creative consultation, best practices and initiatives.
Knowledge of key partners and talent within as well a general understating of the PWD community.
A creative and strategic problem solver that is able to think on the fly and change directions with little to no notice.
Proven understanding of the development process and production schedules.
Physical production experience / on set experience preferred.
Familiarity with Hollywood talent, production guilds and unions.
Excellent project and time management skills.
Experience with talent development programs / pipelines / initiatives (such as writer/director programs) a plus.

Description
- 3 years or more experience in project management, preferably in entertainment - Works equally well with others as well as autonomously. - Comprehensive communication skill - Familiarity with Apple applications such as Mail, Numbers, Keynote, Pages, and Calendar a plus.
Education & Experience
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
