Serve as the advocate for accessibility, including as a resource for colleagues who need to develop accessible products, and provide outreach and training for project managers, web designers, developers, and content providers. Apply advanced consulting skills and extensive technical expertise with full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction and mentors and supervise team members.

Basic Qualifications:

2+ years of experience with 508 Testing
Experience with 508 testing using JAWS, Dragon, CCA, ZoomText, or Keyboard
Experience with WCAG 2.0 A/AA standards, 508 testing of Information Communications Technology, and 508 troubleshooting and coding
Experience with 508 vendors on existing platform or assistive technology tickets
Experience working with teams for the approval of the product acceptance, including product security, performance testing, vulnerability testing, reliability, and fault tolerance testing
Experience managing test data architecture definition and requests
Ability to perform initial debugging on test failures and read through the code
Ability to identify and communicate risks and opportunities for improvement across all products and test frameworks
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Bachelor’s degree

Additional Qualifications:

Experience with 508 remediation of web, software, mobile, and electronic documents technology
Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools
Experience with 508 testing process and tools
Experience with 508 Analysis
Experience leading and coordinating tasks
Ability to interact with third party vendors
Master's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $58,400.00 to $133,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
