**Business Analyst 2****Need Texas Residents Only - Contract - Austin, TX (Onsite)**
**Required:**
* 4+ years – Knowledge of Texas Administrative Code, DIR EIR Accessibility Policy, and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.
* 4+ years – Knowledge of best practices for accessibility for digital content & Electronic Information Resources (EIR) such as brochures, flyers, webpages, documents, forms, training materials.
* 4+ years – Experience assessing web content & EIR for accessibility compliance and conducting remediation analysis.
* 4+ years – Knowledge of EIR testing/validation methodology.
* 4+ years – Experience with requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, strong attention to detail.
* 3+ years – Experience with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project, SharePoint).
* 2+ years – Strong written and verbal communication skills.
**Preferred Skills**
* 1 year – Awareness or knowledge of DFPS systems and programs
**Specific Skills:**
* Accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA, Texas Admin Code, DIR EIR).
* Accessibility assessment & remediation for websites, documents, forms, training content.
* Ability to conduct EIR testing, validation, and reporting.
* Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, analysis.
* Testing participation, preparing accessibility results, collaborating with Accessibility Coordinator.
* Strong skills with Microsoft Office Suite + Visio & SharePoint.
* Excellent communication skills.
