🚀 We’re Hiring: Accessibility Lead Tester 🚀 Experience – 8 to 12 Yrs Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad | Band: U4 Shift: 1:30 PM - 10:30 PM (2nd Shift Support) Are you an expert in accessibility testing with a passion for ensuring digital inclusivity? Join us as an Accessibility Lead Tester in the retail domain and help us build accessible web and mobile experiences for all users, including those with disabilities. We need someone with deep expertise in accessibility standards, testing tools, and cross-functional collaboration! Key Responsibilities 🔹 Conduct comprehensive accessibility audits for retail web and mobile apps using both manual and automated tools 🔹 Test retail customer journeys with assistive technologies (screen readers like JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, TalkBack, etc.) 🔹 Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA and guide the remediation of accessibility issues 🔹 Work closely with designers, developers, and PMs to build inclusive retail experiences 🔹 Provide mentorship and promote best accessibility practices within the team 🔹 Drive accessibility compliance for emerging retail technologies like ARIA, HTML5, CSS, JS, PDF, video/media content 🔹 Report accessibility findings and work with stakeholders to resolve issues Required Qualifications 🔹 8–12 years of experience in accessibility testing (3-5 years with web and mobile apps) 🔹 Strong expertise in accessibility tools: AXE, WAVE, MS Insights, JIRA 🔹 Hands-on experience with assistive technologies (screen readers, magnifiers, voice control systems) 🔹 In-depth knowledge of WCAG, ADA, Section 508, VPAT/ACR 🔹 Proven experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment 🔹 Relevant certifications (CPACC, WAS, Trusted Tester) are a plus Preferred Skills 🔹 Retail domain experience: E-commerce platforms, POS systems, loyalty apps 🔹 Understanding of international accessibility laws Why Join Us?
