Job Summary:

This is a full-time, in person (100% on site) in our beautiful West Palm Beach office. This position reporting to the Product Operations Manager. As a UX/UI Designer you will play a pivotal role in crafting intuitive and delightful digital experiences for the MyBambu customers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Developers, and Marketing, to design user-centric interfaces and ensure a seamless user experience across our MyBambu platform.

Duties/Responsibilities:

* Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather insights to understand user needs, pain points, and behavior.
* Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas and user flows effectively.
* Design engaging, accessible, and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile platforms, adhering to brand guidelines.
* Work closely with Product and Development teams to ensure designs are feasible, align with MyBambu business goals and meet user needs.
* Develop and maintain a design system to ensure consistency across all MyBambu products and MyBambu platforms.
* Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to improve the overall user experience.
* Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.
* Ensure designs comply with accessibility standards and guidelines to provide an inclusive user experience.
* Performs other related duties as assigned.
