About the Role:
---------------

We’re looking for a mid-level freelance product designer to develop a responsive marketing website for a cellular provider targeting older audiences with an emphasis on accessibility and simplicity.

This project involves collaborating with internal teams to shape the structure and visual design of the site. The brand is in early stages, with initial focus on wireframing and information architecture, followed by brand application and refinement.

This is a 6-8 week engagement with the potential to extend based on project needs.

We’re looking for someone to start immediately. This is a remote-friendly role - however, ET hours are required.

What You’ll Do:
---------------

* Collaborate with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to design and refine responsive marketing pages in Figma

* Create wireframes and low-fidelity concepts to establish page structure and content hierarchy

* Translate evolving brand elements into high-fidelity visual designs as direction solidifies

* Contribute to and extend the project’s design system for consistency and scalability

* Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications and accessibility standards

* Present designs in bi-weekly client reviews alongside the product manager and other designers

* Iterate designs based on feedback and evolving project requirements

Who You Are:
------------

* 3–5 years of experience as a digital product or marketing designer

* Strong Figma skills, including component libraries and design system management

* Experience collaborating directly with engineers and designers in cross-functional teams

* Knowledge of accessibility standards (ADA/WCAG) and designing for older audiences

* Ability to work with ambiguity and evolving project requirements

Nice to Haves:
--------------

* Experience using Figma Tokens or similar design systems

* Background in UX design or user flows for pre-shopping or eCommerce experiences

* Familiarity with responsive design and performance-conscious web design

What You’ll Get:
----------------

* Competitive hourly rate (up to $80/hour) - paid fairly for the value and expertise you bring.

* The chance to work with a talented global / remote-friendly team.

* Flexibility - we trust you to manage your time and deliver without micromanagement.

* Opportunities to grow your skills (and portfolio) by working on interesting, challenging projects that touch multiple areas.

* A culture of kindness and support - you’ll be respected, heard, and part of a team that celebrates wins together.
