**Employment Type:** Full-Time/Permanent/Contract(Full time hours)

**Working Days:** 5 Days a Week (Monday to Friday)

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Expert in accessibility standards, including WCAG 2.2, Revised Section 508, and WAI-ARIA.
* Apply WCAG 2.2 criteria to Web, iOS, and Android applications.
* Conduct comprehensive accessibility testing of Web and Mobile applications, covering keyboard navigation, screen readers, and color contrast tools.
* Apply accessibility expertise across a wide range of Content, Platform, and Web applications.
* Possess strong knowledge of how people with different disabilities use assistive technologies (e.g., screen readers, screen magnifiers, keyboard-only access) and effectively assess accessibility barriers.
* Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to present testing results, findings, and recommendations clearly.
* Remain flexible and adaptable to manage evolving requirements and meet deadlines.
* Proactively communicate job-related challenges and opportunities in a timely and clear manner.
* Hold certifications such as CPACC, DHS, or WAS.

**Qualifications:**

* 2–4 years of professional experience in accessibility testing.
* Proficiency in using a variety of accessibility testing tools and techniques.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Basic working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
