Role Description: We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Account Executive to join our team and help expand our portfolio of clients in the digital accessibility space. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and prospecting potential clients, building strong relationships with decision-makers, and closing deals for our accessibility services and solutions.
You will represent our company as a trusted advisor, clearly communicating the value of accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.2, EN 301 549, EAA/ADA) and how our services—such as audits, remediation, training, and consulting—help clients achieve legal compliance, improve user experience, and strengthen brand reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate new business opportunities across different industries.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract signature.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Understand client needs and align them with our accessibility services.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Ideal Candidate:
Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in professional services, SaaS, or consulting.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, business-driven way.
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working independently.
Familiarity with digital accessibility, compliance standards, or related fields is a plus (but not required—we will train).
Compensation:
Commission-only structure (20% of closed deals).
