The projected end date for this assignment is August 31, 2026, with possible transition to regular status. Responsibilities include accessibility review, remediation, and asset management support for UT Law CLE course materials used in live conferences, webinars, and on demand programming. Perform content-level accessibility scanning and remediation for materials submitted by speakers including documents such as papers, PowerPoint decks, and supplemental resources. Add or correct accessibility components like alternative text for images, logical heading structure, reading order, and overall document design. Conduct audio/video quality checks and verify accuracy of transcripts and captions. Upload and organize course materials within departmental systems. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree and five years of relevant experience in program administration, IT, information sciences, or digital accessibility management. Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat Pro, Adobe Premiere, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Office Suite is required along with strong communication and organizational skills. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of WCAG 2.1/2.2, ADA, and Section 508 standards and a degree in IT, Information or Library Sciences. The hourly rate starts at $22.00 depending on qualifications. Work schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., onsite at UT MAIN CAMPUS.
