Accessibility Web Developer

ShiftCode Analytics is seeking a passionate Accessibility Web Developer to join our team and contribute to making digital experiences inclusive for everyone. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our web applications and platforms meet the highest standards of accessibility, adhering to WCAG guidelines and other relevant regulations. You will collaborate closely with design and development teams to integrate accessibility best practices throughout the entire development lifecycle. Responsibilities: Conduct accessibility audits and testing of web applications and digital content. Identify and document accessibility issues and provide clear, actionable recommendations for remediation. Work with developers to implement accessibility solutions and ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA standards. Develop and maintain accessibility documentation, guidelines, and training materials. Stay up-to-date with the latest accessibility standards, technologies, and best practices. Advocate for accessibility within the organization and promote a culture of inclusivity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accessibility is considered in all stages of product development.
