UI/UX Designer

We’re looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. You’ll work closely with Agile/DevSecOps teams to design modern, accessible web and mobile interfaces that deliver real impact.

Key Responsibilities

* Apply User-Centered Design (UCD) best practices throughout the software lifecycle.
* Conduct user research (interviews, usability tests, surveys) to validate design assumptions.
* Develop wireframes, flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups for web and mobile applications.
* Ensure compliance with WCAG and Section 508 accessibility standards.
* Collaborate in Agile/DevSecOps environments and contribute to backlog refinement.
* Communicate design rationale clearly to developers and stakeholders.
* Participate actively in sprint reviews, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Qualifications

* Proven UI/UX industry experience on complex web or mobile design projects.
* Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Axure, or InVision.
* Strong knowledge of user research, usability testing, and user-centered design methods.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Fluent in English (oral and written).
* Portfolio demonstrating design process and deliverables.
