Senior QA Automation Engineer

Job Title: Senior Automation Developer
Location: Toronto, Ontario (Onsite – 5 Days)

Role Overview

We are looking for a **Senior Automation Developer** with strong experience in **QA automation, test framework development, and performance testing**. The candidate will work closely with QA and development teams to design, develop, and execute automated test solutions for enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify opportunities to implement **test automation** within software testing processes
* Design and develop **automation frameworks and scripts**
* Execute **automated QA tests** to validate application functionality
* Perform **API testing and performance testing** using tools like **LoadRunner**
* Work with developers and QA teams to improve testing processes
* Maintain automation scripts and ensure proper documentation and version control

Required Skills:

* **7+ years of QA Automation experience**
* Strong experience with **Selenium automation framework**
* Experience with **performance testing tools such as LoadRunner**
* Experience with **API testing tools (Postman / SOAP UI)**
* Experience with **automation frameworks and scripting languages**
* Strong knowledge of **SQL and data validation**
* Experience working in **Agile and DevOps environments**

Nice to Have

* Experience with **Public Sector or Healthcare projects**
* Knowledge of **security testing (SAML, JWT)**
* Experience with **accessibility testing (WCAG / AODA)**
