Senior Product Designer

We're seeking a Senior Product Designer for a 6-month contract to join our client's team. This is a hands-on role focused on the strategic redesign of major digital platforms for a prominent organization. You'll take ownership of the full design lifecycle for complex B2C and B2B experiences, including portals and specialized offerings. We're looking for a portfolio that demonstrates a strong command of both UI and UX design.

Key Responsibilities:

* Drive the design of digital experiences for both customers and brokers.
* Lead user research initiatives, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, and translate findings into design solutions.
* Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, and build pages within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
* Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards (WCAG / Bill 896 compliance).
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, in an agile environment.

What we're looking for:

* A portfolio that demonstrates your expertise as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer.
* Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience is a must.
* Proven ability to work independently on complex projects across multiple platforms.
* Experience in leveraging and contributing to design systems.
* A strong grasp of accessibility and compliance standards.

Bonus points for:

* Experience with UX writing.
* Front-end knowledge in AEM.
